Banks entering a new market hire the team first. Those conversations happen quietly, they move fast, and they happen with people we already know. Registering starts that: once we have talked and we understand your business and what would have to be true for you to move, you are one of the people we call. It is not an application and it does not say you are looking.
What happens next
- What you share goes to a senior recruiter and no one else.
- We schedule a call shortly after, to get acquainted: the business you have built, what you would want to know about an opportunity, and what would have to be true for you to consider one.
- When a bank tells us it is looking at your market, you are among the first calls.
- You hear what the platform is before anyone hears your name. If it does not interest you, you say so and nothing has changed.
Confidentiality
We do not contact your bank.
Nothing about you goes to a bank until we have spoken and you have given us permission. Even then, the bank hears the general shape of your business before it hears your name, and your name goes only when you say it can.
Who This Is For
Commercial lenders, deposit focused bankers, team leaders, portfolio managers, and credit people. Most people who register are not looking. Being willing to hear about something is not the same as wanting to leave, and we treat it that way.
Would You Rather Just Talk?
Some people would rather have a conversation than fill anything out, and that works for us. Send us a note through the contact form, tell us a little about where you are and what you have built, and we will schedule a time to talk.
