The Role:
As a full-desk Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Negotiating fees and contracts with clients.
- Sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing top talent.
- Scheduling interviews and making successful placements.
