This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Because our work involves confidential career and hiring discussions, we treat the information entrusted to us with particular care.
We collect only the information you provide directly, such as when you submit our contact form, email us, or share materials in the course of a search. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, employment history, production and compensation context, and any resume or documents you choose to send. Separately, our hosting provider records standard server logs for every visit, which we use only to understand aggregate site traffic. This is described under Analytics below.
Information shared by a candidate, including identity, employment history, compensation context, and resume data, is held in confidence. We do not share a candidate's identity, resume, or background with any client without the candidate's permission.
Information shared by a client bank in the course of a search, including hiring needs, strategic plans, and organizational detail, is treated as confidential and used only to conduct the engagement.
When you submit our contact form or email us, the information you provide is transmitted to the firm and used to respond to your inquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal identifiers, such as Social Security numbers or account numbers, in a web form or email.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies in your browser and collects information such as the pages you view, the approximate geographic region derived from your IP address, the referring source that brought you to the site, and the type of device and browser you use. We use this information only to understand how the site is performing in aggregate, such as which pages are read most often and how visitors find us.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our obligations, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will respond consistent with applicable law and our professional obligations.
